RUBY MYATT

I am an Osteopath at The Guildhall Practice, a multidisciplinary practice based in Birmingham.

When I graduated, I started at The Guildhall Practice due to its local connections to various performing art institutions such as the CBSO, B'ham Royal Ballet, B'ham Conservatoire and Elmhurst School of Ballet.

I have had vast experience of treating musicians, dancers, actors and singers; helping them with injuries or pain that they are suffering with, with a goal of optimising their performance. I enjoy applying both a mechanical and classical osteopathic technique, depending on each individual patient.

I have had some personal experience of musical performance as my mum is a professional musician, so I feel that I understand the potential injuries that performing artists are faced with.
